What a dog. They should have left this classic alone. Nicholas Cage should not have been casted for the lead. He wasn't believable. Film was a bore until the last reel. But, the chase scenes probably won't save the film. I expect this to be on video really soon. Nice cars, weak plot. A+ for the DTS sound, great audio. Gee, I can hardly wait for Charlies Angels, Gilligans Island and the slew of others Hollywood plans on hacking up. Yes, I know they are old tv shows. But look what George Romero did with Night of The Living Dead. He ruined that.

Boy, what was Nicholos Cage thinking when he took on this job. Must have been a money thing because this remake should have never happened. "Gone in Sixty Seconds" shure was, a mistake from the start. See the original and save your money.

The review about this film said.... if only it was gone in 60 minutes from theatres! I didn't book it because I smelled a stinker. I'm glad I passed. Let's remember this is Jerry Bruckheimer made it: this is what he does. Noise, color, flash and it adds up to zero.

We did quite well with this at the drivein. Last night (Saturday) we SOLD OUT!
In fact, we turned away about 20 cars and this was our second week.
