D & R Theater (single screen, but theater is very large and could be made into 3 screens) in Aberdeen, Washington is for sale. </B><HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

The D & R Theater was sold in May 2007 to John Yonich for $250,000. He is restoring it to it's former grandeur as we speak. He's spending lots of money on turning this run down building into a real treasure again. Hopes to reopen in August 2008 with live stage shows and concerts. The dilapidated (and dangerous) marquee was taken down, but it's being replicated by a local sign company to the 1936 version (art deco).

Lakewood Theater (single screen) on Motor Ave. In Lakewood, Wash. (the Lakewood below Tacoma). For sale or lease. West Coast Commercial real estate.

Update:
The Plaza twin has been purchased and will reopen in December 2007....as an art house theater. I think it will flop. No way could that area support that format.

The Lakewood single screen is still available, but I think a different real estate company is handling it now.
