My bad everyone, the Spinelli property that is coming on the market is NOT the Barrington, NH property but the Brattleboro, VT property.

Must have been the day after my last metal concert and my ears were still ringing!

Anyway, I will have basic details on the sale soon.

I am not sure that Spinelli has any theaters in Vermont. That may be another owner. But please post which theater it is I believe there are two In Brattleboro, Vermont, the Latchis Theater and Kipling Cinema.

I'm thinking of letting my little theater go. I'm working full time at a screening room in NYC and don't have enough time to devote to it...it's holding its own but needs more attention!

Adirondacks in Upstate New York...2 screens, historic theater, both theaters stereo sound, newer seating, new carpeting, insulation, facade work... new ski resort coming into town...$200,000

I am not sure if the Leavitt in Ogunquit is closed. This is a terrific location with oodles of street traffic in a idealic summer getaway. The store to the R of the front entry is a retail outlet where they sell posters and movie stuff they got for free. 2.3 million for a one screen? Seem unlikely to sell as a movie theatre.

There are two nice drive-ins near the Albany, New York area that are for sale. The better of the two is probably the Hathaway's Drive-in, located in North Hoosick. The owners wish to retire, and want the drive-in to remain a drive-in.

The other one is south of Albany, the Greenville Drive-in, located in Greenville. The owner is willing to sell or lease, and the lease terms are very favorable.

Both drive-ins are fully equipped and have been in continuous seasonal operation.

The Hathaway's Drive-in can be contacted directly through the email listing on their web site, just search for it on google and it will pop up. The Greenville Drive-in does not have a web site, but if anyone is interested they may email me persoanlly for more contact information.
