As I like to say: "theatre owners are the best of friends as long as they are at least 50 miles apart." When our first theatre went up for sale I was in a fight and a war with 4 different groups of friends and even my bookeeper and accountant who were all bidding on the theatre. We were layughing at it. Sure you can cooperate but sometimes a feller has to go it alone. I wish the two of you folks the best of luck.

Here is a question, how do you factor in what paper products, candy, and other supplies you will need to open. Should this be factored in for the first couple of weeks or a month or what?
