....and we'll make a real deal on the two old Motiographs.

I do get a little bristly at people who presume to know my business or my sense of business. I've been in private business working for myself for 30 years. I have lost a few hands but also have done fairly well. Success in small business does not come by accident. I appreciate your negative comments but respectfully disagree. As outaframe said: "nothing is set in stone." I do know this: I've been in movies for the last 10 years and 10 years from now I'll be showing flicks in theatres I own: God willing and the creek don't rise.

The new pictures are great. You show in detail inside out of the theatre and i must say it looks great!
I don't know how to post pictures but you should post those new pictures.
I saw in the picture of the theatre does it have an upstairs balcony?

Mike,

That new 360 degree virtual tour is great. It really gives you a fell of what you have described in your listing.
I am sold I wish I had the funds cause I would make that purchase by the time I finished writing this response.
The theater is beautiful. It has the small time charm but is not your typical old run down small town theater. It has room as seen in the spacious lobby that offers uncluttered elegance. The theater itself is nicely set up and in no way a shoe box theater but roomy and state of the art.
It has to be the envy of the neighboring theaters and I would make the trip to see movies there over other theaters in the area.
Look forward to maybe a 360 tour of the booth that would satisfy me 100%!
Have a great one and good luck on this weekends Box Office!

I want to ask a silly question. Could someone live in the theater or is it zoned strictly commercial?
