I've been reading about lawsuits that theaters with stadium seating are facing since people in wheelchairs are only able to be seated at the very front. This is an issue that is very close to my heart since I work as a Support Specialist for adults with disabilities. Have any of you had any problems with this sort of thing in the past? Even for those without stadium seating, any complaints from people with disabilities, or, God forbid, other customers complaining about people with disabilities?

This is the URL of the California Appeals court decision which is freightening so many exhibitors, but as one person here pointed out, this is the court with the most overturned decisiions of any, and that the US Supreme Court probably will overturn it. The decision is in PDF format, so you will have to get www.Adobe.com 's PDF file viewer before you can view it, though it is probably already in your standard system.

A guy here in Milwaukee is suing a local chain to get special status for wheelchairs, but don't know the outcome yet.
