Did anybody make it to Showeast this year?
If so, some reports of new stuff, movies and/or gossip would be great.
Thanks,
Jay

I am done with Showeast . So overpriced with very little return .
The only thing cool this year ,for me ,is to see the new laser projector from NEC!

saw the laser projector from NEC at the Geneva Convention. It was dialed down to 25% power and still lit up a smaller sized screen just fine.
"What a crazy business"

I was at Geneva as well. Only one day though. Did you see the second screen demonstration on Thursday?
I almost stayed another day just to confirm how much I think I would hate it.

I had second thoughts about not going when I heard how many studios were sending their folks from west coast... it's not the worst show but it does cost about 2K by the time you buy a tik, rent a car, fly, hotel, etc. etc... nothing was ever as weird as coming outside to the boardwalk at Atlantic City. One day I saw Shine, As Good as it Gets, and Good Will Hunting back to back.... I was wrung out. Still.... it is important to go to these things... just not this year for me.
