We have a 20,000 sq ft building on three floors with a 2 screen in the ground floor. One of the two 250K BTU boilers went bad. We had a choice to go with 13,000.00 for an oil boiler and 35K for a pellet boiler. I did a refi of an old note , added the 35 and I am paying 150.00 additional per month to pay off the new boiler. We cut our fuel bill from 2000.00 per month to 1000.00. The boiler is working like a charm. We have not used a drop of oil since installing it. Net 850.00.
