What happens to a VPF theater that closes???

Same thing that happens to a non-VPF theater.

my VPF (Cinedigm CBG) is transferable so if I were to sell it the new owner would receive VPFs. If I went out of business (perish the thought :whistle: )then I would assume that the VPF stream would run out and nobody would get anything.

The theater defaults on the contract, and the contract is void. Most of the VPF contracts I've seen have no financial penalty for breaking the contract.
