I ran across a theater for sale and the selling price is not being mentioned. The current owners will give it out but only after qualification and they are requesting no sharing of the sale price. Does not seem to be a good way to sell a business? Your thoughts?

I am also surprised when people do not take the time to invest in a website to sell the theater or have a ton of pictures easily available.

Can't imagine anything else you'd buy that way. At the risk of seeming political, it reminds me of the recent saying, "We have to pass it so we can see what's in it".

When it's still for sale a year from now they will know it was the wrong way to go.
