Might want to contact B&B. There theater in Key Largo was for sale at one time not to long ago.

For the record, B&B Theatres has never had the Tavernier (Key Largo) property for sale. The previous owner had a long term “For Sale” ad in Box Office Magazine. The ad continued long after we took possession of the venue. In fact, B&B is expanding into other locations in Florida that will be announced very soon.

I was in Key West last Nov. and I believe the art house theatre there was for sale but BB would know.

The Tropic is the Key West art house. It is a lovely theatre. I've enjoyed it as a paying guest. The theatre is a community not for profit venue. I believe Regal owns the commercial house in Key West.
