NCM Fathom bought the rights to be the dealer for Met Opera. Has anyone had any luck reaching them to set up Met Opera? Seems like a very goofy operation. I have the phone and emails but they don't seem to answer these things.

Yes, we have been setup with fathomevents over year, been pretty easy to communicate with myself. For us the met did poorly but we are in a far too small market for it to work, but other events have been good.
