I have a client looking for a 1-3 screen theater on the east coast any were from Pa to Florida. Can be a seasonal theater and or a theater that still needs to be converted to digital. If theater has not been converted we are looking for very aggressive pricing.

If you know anyone who would like a single screen theatre in beautiful northern Wisconsin, I have one left that I do need to sell--and pricing is aggressive being it will need to be converted.
