All of these companies are in discussions to extend the VPF sign ups and install dates. Keep in mind that while sign up dates and install dates may vary: the last payment date may not. In other words: the clock is ticking and it ends when it ends so be very clear on that.
If you want official word on these cut off dates you need to speak with the integrators.
