I as thinking about modifying a theater and was wondering what your thoughts were. The current 2 screen theater has 370 seats. The theaters has enough room to turn it into 6 screen theater, but the rooms will be small. Each one could fit 50 seats and the size of the screens will be the same as they currently are 22' and 25'. They are on the smaller size but I think there are only 5o good seats in each of the theaters. Please weigh in on if you think smaller rooms would even work.

It can work but the best way is-Any one of these
1. If the theater has little or no competition
2. Going to do all art on 6 screens
3.If they will be very very nice auditoriums.

Also 6 auditoriums x $ 50,000 for digital is $ 300,000. Lot of money for 50 seats .

I would not make 6 equal size: why do that/ need at least one larger/ two medium and 2-3 small. Rework it.
