I was listening to All Things Considered on NPR yesterday and there was a long piece about a technophile hubby and wife trying to download a movie 6 different ways... all legal but could not get any of their 6 pieces of equipment or web sites to work and they finally watched plain old TV.

Today a listener wrote in, "Here's a suggestion for your tech family. Go out. Go to a movie theatre. Watch the movie you want to see and do it with your fellow human beings. And you'll see the movie the way it was meant to be seen!"

Nuff said.

Must have been a theatre owner. Three cheers for him.

As someone who both (a) works for NPR stations, and (b) books several theatres, this is most gratifying to hear. Thanks for sharing.
