Hey Guys!
I may have mentioned that for the last year or so I have been working on converting a strip mall space into a mini-cinema. Well, I would be able to do it for $110 grand but I haven't been able to come up with the funding so I have set the project aside. But I still have a passion to get back into the theatre (in a position where I have control of the booking). Have you ever heard of anyone lease/optioning a theater for a percentage of the gross or do you know of anyone who needs a manager/projectionist with full control of the theatre?
