Here we go again. After a season of superhero up the wazoo when you can have four prints if you want to show tyem in your garage we enter the time when 1500-2200 prints becomes the norm and we who are not the elading grossing theatres can go pound sand if we want a print.

I just secured Burn After reading from Focus (2000) prints and I felt like jjumping up and down.

I don't get it. Why not make more prints? If we go through another Fall-Winter-Spring like last year it will tick me off. In the entire cost of things I cannot see how anothe 1000 prints @ 1.5 million hurts them more than the lost gross at 1000 theatres who'd happily play the pictures.

Thoughts?
