Anyone else having sound problems with Ms. Erin? We're thumping like crazy and it seems in the print.

I'll answer my own posting which is to report that reels 3 and 6 were bad and we had them replaced from Technicolor (who seemed not the least surprised) and now have no thumping noises.

Yes, the last reel has been causing us grief. No thumping, but dialogue cuts out and blurps of the soundtrack thru out the reel. I've been told alot of exhibitors have had problems with reels 3 and 6. The last reel was totally static charged too, maybe that is why the DTS we had problems. Luckily some customer came down and complained and I went up to the booth to see the start of an extremely bad brainwrap. Ah, but I babysat it until the credits rolled.
