It's time to book six films for our annual film festival of independent films that normally don't play in our area. So far we are considering "Young@Heart" "The Visitor" "American Teen" "Man on Wire" and "When Did You Last See Your Father?". We need one or two other selections in case one of these doesn't work out. Any advice from you film bookers or theatre owners out there who play these type of films would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Don't know if this qualifies or not but Kit Kittredge is a good solid G-rated show that didn't release very wide.

Good suggestion, Lee. I played KIT in one of my towns that's a single screen art house. The plex passed on it. It outgrossed many of the current art titles including MONGOL...among others.

How about Frozen River and Phoebe in Wonderland. Do you know who to call to book "Man on Wire". I would like to get it at our theatre. Thanks
