Depends: What work needs to be done?

We are finishing up our remodel and had to: turn a slope floor to flat (66 feet by 18 feet)for a new hallway, bathrooms, and put in a second floor for a new booth. We hired people to do: the plumbing, concrete floor cutting, block wall cutting, carpet laying and raising sprinkler heads. We have been doing all other work ourselves (framing, electrical, sheetrock, etc.)

I expect we will have $20,000 into this not including equipment. Lost of variables can effect you cost.

We did a very complicated install where we used the front of the house which had been marooned when they twinned before us. We dud a trench/tunnel to get under the 2 screens. You walk downstairs and then back up once you have walked under. Many people feel totally lost. Anyway: we had a large room, tallest part of the theatre + original stage. We used architects, built a balcony and added 150 seats and doubled our biz in one year. It cost us +/- 100K. We've never been sorry.
