Currently we do matinee pricing for anything starting before 5:00.

I'm thinking of switching it to the 1st show only that day. What do you all do? I feel like I'm losing $$ when I have the lower price for all the day shows. Which in the case of a short 90 min kids film adds up when you can get in 3 shows before 5:00 pm.

Thanks

Tom

you can get away with this if you do 2 things
1.0 make the first show cheaper than the old matinee...ie if it was 6.50 make it 6.oo..

and if you don't have any compatition real close.

The big chains could afford to do that. Little theatres usually have only the first show!
Plus a bargain day! Usually the slowest day of the week!
