I'm trying to figure out my unit cost for popcorn per ounce for my number crunchers who want to know what the profit margin is.

What's the cost per ounce of popped popcorn?.

The figures will depend on your raw item costs but they standard yields and costs are available in the previous posts if you will expand your search area and look in the concession or back office area

I did a number of searches and there's lots there. Use the search. Also: all the popcorn manufacturers have lots of very detailed promotional info.
