That jobs figure is for FTEs (full time equivalents) and it includes charity foundation personnel not just theatre operation personnel. And it includes indirect jobs created by the theatre & foundation (suppliers, tradesmen, etc.) It is based on a modeling calculation developed for non-profit arts venues by Americans For The Arts.
