I am getting ready to purchase a theater that was built in 1936 and turn it into a multi-use theater. I have now been approached about the theater across the street from it that was built in 1923. I am thinking about turning it into a single screen theater that will seat 800. My main question is... how does ticket sales work? Do you pay a percentage for each person... is it a fixed fee per person? I need some info so I can look at the numbers to see the profitabillity. I want to go all digital with an amazing sound system to attract the true movie experience goers. Any help or advice would be tremendously appreciated.

Yes your boxoffice is % based.

All Digital????? Not all movies are available on digital yet so it depends on what you want to show.

These are one line answers. Much more details are found by searching here.
