It did seem as if you were leaning toward that Charleston location. From what I see, the theater looks great and I'm a bit envious.

Since the Terrace is the only dedicated arthouse in the area, I suspect your future is bright indeed. Your map shows you are near the country club, so the location is probably excellent.

The population sounds great for a 3-screen arthouse... over 100,000 people in Charleston, and over 330,000 people in Charleston County. Sweet!

You have listed under "news" that ticket prices are now $8.00/$6.00, an increase of a quarter ... yet on the "Theater Info" page, it says ticket prices are $7.50/$5.50. A - why not change the ticket prices on the Theater Info, B - that looks like an increase of 50 cents to me.
