Do alot of theatre owners use the same company for liability insurance? Our current owners use Firemans Fund, and my new boss wanted me to check around to see what was used in the industry.

Thanks

NATO recommends Reynolds and Reynolds as the broker and I believe they primarily write policies with Fireman's Fund.

We use Marsh USA and our coverage is through The St. Paul Company. So far they've been very good - no problems. It does pay to shop around, though there aren't that many companies that are familiar with insuring movie theatres.

We use a local insurer but didn't they balk at replacement cost!!! We're covered well now. The insureres mentioned are good ones. Also the Directories here list a number who are specialists.
