I am familiar with what "L" means: level
seating. What do the numbers 2, 3, & 4
indicate? Is "4" the most sloped? Does
"1" conform to 1/2" drop per foot or more?
I have elected to re-floor the old theatre
with double 3/4" plywood and need to know
what these seat designations conform to
in terms of slope.
Any advice is much appreciated.

The degree of the floor slope, i.e. 4 equals a 4 degree angle.

Sim:

Ken is right about the 1-4. Another thing you MUST make sure as you put down your wood floor is that you have a minimum of an inch and a half in thickness. Most seating companies ourselves included will call for that. If you have any other questions please call me at 619-491-3159 and I will be happy to help you out.

HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DAY!!

David Walleyn
