The Federal Historical District in Central PA. has a 350 seat, 5562-sq. ft., theater for sale. Rare opportunity, built in 1914 and is listed in the national historic register. This theater also has a 37 rank Wurtlizer-Page theater pipe organ-3,500 pipes. Find out more information by calling The Commercial Industrial Brokers, Inc. at (717) 291-1644.

The theatre is the Marietta Theatre in Marietta, Pennsylvania. It is off the beaten track without even an external marquee to indicate that it is a theatre (I believe this is due to local zoning and the theatre's location in a primarily residential district.)

Even before it was closed several years ago,the theatre seats and interior give new meaning to the term 'moldy oldie' and the projection equipment is shot. The only thing of value is the organ.
