Some folks on the imdb have been chatting this place up. It's a strictly horror drive-in. How do you think they make it? http://www.hagerdrivein.com/horroratthehager.html

Well, from reading the ad, it seems to be only on Saturday nights at 10 pm in one screen of a 10-screen plex. And when they use the word "technology," sounds to me like they run the flicks from DVD.

It's a drive-in "in name only."

I should have given it a bit more personal inspection!

Most of the major filmcos will now license DVD theatrical showings: MGM, WB, Universal, Paramount, and Fox (Criterion) will. Last time I asked, BV and Sony still will not.
