Our carpets are steam cleaned 2-3 times per year but in between spot cleaning helps greatly. Am searching for the best, and well priced, spot remover. Any suggestions?

ask your carpet company and then scrub, scrub, scrub! That sounds like a job for somebody else!

For most stains I use a product called "Spartan Carpet Stain Remover" Manufactured by Spartan Chemical Company, 1110 Spartan Drive, Maumee Ohio, which can be reached at 1-800-537-8990. I can't say what it costs but it is worth it. My cleaning crew went out and ordered some of that Oxi-stuff you see on TV. Believe it or not, it got stains out that have been in for years. hope this helps

Thanks for tip on Spartan! Never heard of the "Oxi-stuff on TV" - what's deal with that? And do you dilute the Spartan, or use it full strength?

The Spartan comes in an aerosol can and you use it without dillution. It sprays on and scrub it. Be sure to rinse the spot afterwards. It may take a couple of treatments but seems to work well here.

You can tell Mini3 just has not been spending any serious quality time with a remote in his hand! Oxi is everywhere on TV! It looks like it might eat a hole through anything it touched!
