My vote goes to the member under the name of:
"leeler".

Lee has helped me numerous times and has posted numerous very informative questions an answers.
He is a valued poster and should be rewarded. Can I vote for more than one cause my second choice would be:

"BurneyFalls"

Also Mike post website I would love to see the site for this mag an get some info!

I would vote for both RoxyVaudeville and Orpheum, they have both been a great help to us in working toward starting a theater.

the web site does not do the magazine justice: the magazine is very readable, has a lot less reverence for the established order of the industry, and does feature a lot of independents.

I'm holding off on my "best of" poster child to see who you all vote for!

I would also like to nominate John Fithian-for his incredible lack of leadership and forsight! Perhaps if he read this magazine he might actually get a clue as to what the issues this industry is facing. One can hope at least.

While he has been a little quiet of late, I have found RoxyVaudeville's posts to be extremely informative.

I enjoy reading everyone's posts though, and have learned something from nearly everyone here.

Thanks for mentioning me jacker5.

My vote is for John Pytlak. It sounds like he could use something to read. He has given so much here.

Thanks for mentioning me, jacker!

I just got hold of an issue and this mag is really good. It has alot of stories about indies and very informative info. Just wish it was a monthly mag though!
Have we forgotten who made this all possible........Michael Hurley deserves a free subscription for all the hard work and help he has provided and guided us over the years!

I nominate BurneyFalls and Beckwith.

I would also like to put a good word in for Ian and John.

Based on your votes:

Roxy (that was my vote for # 1)

Burney tied with all of you.

But you gotta pick somebody!

We have a number more to give away and we'll come up with a gopod way to get them out there. Mike
