Called today to book Broken Bridges. The only prints are in video and only associated with NCN. What is that crap?

Funny, my booker told me they were only available in digital which excluded all her accounts. Can anyone confirm what form this is really available in? It played in a Regal and a Cinemark house in this area.

I specifically asked if they were talking about DLP digital and she said no. It is video. I then said I have a video player but she said no, I cannot play it. You have to be an account of NCN is what I was told.
