Has anyone seen a kiosk-based service that would be in the lobby that would display and interact with local restaurants? The restaurants would be able to show their menu, order food for either pick-up or dine-in or to just make a reservation. The service I've seen also provides kiosks in the restaurants so diners could check theater show times and potentially even buy tickets?

only in the largest "entertainment centers" such as Universal / Disney or others. But as I think of it: City Walk in Orlando for instance: they situate everything very close to all the options you can find: it's a lot like a city or a downtown then they leave it up to the customers to find their food and see a movie on time.
