Find another market this one your looking at seems a little to crowded!
Unless your a first run multiplex and there single screens, you may have a problem!

it all depends on market/ population/ demographics/ what the competition does vs. what you plan to do/ etc.

One other thing is I used to have a very bad relationship with a near neighbor and realized it was good for neither of us. I called him up/ said I was sorry/ and would work to not have negatives between us/ it has been roses ever since/ in particular: no ratting each other out over an occasional double-etc.

Theatre owners are the best of friends as long as they ar far, far away! From each other.
