I got a call the other day from the theater across town asking about green media pads and if I ever tried them. As far as I know they only come in white. Have any of you come across the green media pads, and if so, do they work as well as the white?

Maybe they meant "blue", and are just color blind. we have white and blue rolls.

MovieGuy - Does it make any difference in the two colors that you have? Does one work better then the other?

Check out the "Film Cleaning" section on http://www.film-tech.com , and recent discussions in the Film Handlers Forum. I recall that Film-Tech developed an improved version of the media pads that were blue, but based on customer comments about white being easier to monitor the dirt picked up, have changed the color back to white, while maintaining the other improvements.
