Hello, all. I am working on a business plan to build/develop/remodel a small theater (4 screens or so) in San Diego. Possibly Phoenix, if the lease is too expensive in San Diego. As I have been reading a bunch of the posts, I have been learning a lot, and I am very happy I found this community.
