Quick question. what Percentage of seats must be designated Accessible for Non stadium style seating? If NATO has guildlines I'll look there.

I don't know but yesterday the Boston Attorney general filed suit against stadium seat theatres for discrimination and relegation of bad seats for the handicapped.

Same lawsuit was filed against Cinemark two years ago in Texas and was thrown out.

GTE:

We get asked this question all the time as a seating company. The answer is 1% of the total seats rounded up or down based on the nearest hundred. IE. if you have 101 seats in your theatre, then you need 2 ADA, if you have 96 seats then you need one ADA. However most theatre operators will ask us to put in an extra one or two so they do not have the law suit worry.

HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DAY AND A SAFE HOLIDAY SEASON!!
