Opened in 1928 as the State Theater, the theater has a full stage and fly tower and is one of only three surviving theaters decorated by Arthur Brounet who often worked with Thomas Lamb. Except for some interior repainting in 1960 and the 1990's, and removal of the seats it is basically unchanged from when it opened. It closed in 1986 and was used as a storage for an antiques dealer until 2007 when preliminary restoration work was started.

We have some where between 500-600 used theater seats. We are renovating a former movie theater into a preformance center, the seats were removed to make space for stage and storage. Come and get em! Would love to see them all go at one time but will work with you if you can use a min of 50.

Our church recently purchased a theatre in Foley, AL & are selling most all of the equipment conveyed in the sale of the property which includes projectors, sound systems, consoles, platters, splicing tables, seats and other materials. I am in the process of renovating an old theater built by the Odd Fellows in 1898 for the live performances and theater troops of the time. It was later overhauled to accommodate the public's interest in film sometime in the 30' or 40's.

I am looking for a vintage marquee to finish the renovation. The building's façade measures 28 feet. The attached image is a mockup of the front based on historical renderings.
