| 1.) How Do I Register? |

You can register from any page on the bigscreenbiz.com site. Just click on the register link. If you want to read or browse you do not need to register. If you want to bid on something in the auction you need to register a username and password. If you want to post in a Forum or add a topic you will need to register a username and a password. If you want to create and post Auction Lots or Classified Ads you will need to provide both your mailing and billing address as well as a valid credit card. |

| 3.) How Do I bid on Items? |
|
In order to bid on an item you must first register so that you have a user name and password. You then receive a confirmation e-mail from the site, and must click on the link that is sent to you. On the Auctions page you must choose the item you would like to bid on. There should be a button that reads "Bid On Lot", or scroll down to the section titled, "Bid On Lot". You then fill in your username, your password, the amount of your bid, and click the Submit button. You do not have to enter a credit card number when you register if you only want to bid, but you must enter one if you want to sell anything. |
| 4.) Why do you want my credit card? |

You only need to provide your credit card information if you want to create a lot for auction or to create classified ads. You do not need to provide credit card info if you want to post to the forums, bid on auction lots or respond to ads. Our registration form is on a secure server so that your personal information, including your credit card data can be sent to us securely. |
| 5.) Is this site free? |
|
It costs nothing to look around and read all you want or click through to some of our links. The only thing that will incur charges is posting an item for sale in the auction, selling something in the auction, placing an ad in the classifieds, and enhanced listing in the directories. |
| 6.) Why should I register? |

Because you can then post in the forums, place ads, and best of all you will receive free our weekly e-mail grossing report spread sheet in cooperation with Exhibitor Relations Co. (a 40.00 a week value). |
| 7.) How Am I Billed For Enhanced Listing Information |
|
When we receive your listing with the Enhanced Information we will contact you by email or phone to be sure you are aware that there is a charge. If you still agree to the Enhanced Information you will be billed through the mail or you may pay over the phone or email us your credit card information. |
| 8.) How do I place a classified ad? |
|
You must first register to place an ad. All ads cost 60.00 for a six month term. |

| 11.) How Do I Place A Directory Ad |
|
From the BigScreenBiz.Com home page click on Directories at the top or bottom of the page. Click od Add Listing and fill out the form you find there. Notice that some fields have an asterisk (*). These fields must be filled in for the complete processing of the form. When you fill in the form it is important to note that the Contact Information and the Basic Listing Information are "free" services. For the Enhanced Listing Information there is a charge of $120.00 for a six months which allows you the maximum use of our Directory Service and includes your web site link,email,fax number,and a 250 word discription of what your is about. When you have finished filling in your information click on Add New Company. Your information will then be added to our Directories Data Base and from there to the website. | 12.) Will I Be Notified When My Directory Ad Runs Out? |

All Ads that contain Enhanced Listing Information will be tracked and when your year of posting time has elasped you will be invoiced. |
